SAT-AMD-20021127-00239 P S2388 INTELSAT LLC Amendment Intelsat LLC has filed an amendment to its pending modification for its INTELSAT 702 satellite. (See File No. SAT-MOD-20020923-00177) In its modification application, Intelsat sought authority to relocate its INTELSAT 702 satellite from 176.0º E.L to 85.15º E.L. With this Amendment, Intelsat seeks authority to relocate its INTELSAT 702 satellite from 176.0º E.L to 156.9º E.L., rather than 85.15º E.L., and to colocate it with the INTELSAT 604 satellite which operates at 157º E.L. SAT-ASG-20021211-00238 P LOI-TMI TMI Communications and Company, Limited Partnership Assignment Current Licensee: TMI COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPANY, L.P. FROM: TMI COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPANY, LIMITED PARTNERSHIP TO: TerreStar Networks Inc. TMI Communications and Company, Limited Partnership has filed an application to assign its authorization reserving 2 GHz mobile satellite service spectrum to serve the United States to TerreStar Networks Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mobile Satellite Ventures LP. FCC staff are separately reviewing milestone compliance by TMI and other 2 GHz mobile satellite service systems.
