02-2121, released August 29, 2002. For among other reasons, Starsys, surrendered its Little LEO license for cancellation in
1997. Consequently, file number SAT-MSC-19970217-00017 is dismissed as moot.

to launch and operate a global Regional Positioning System (see referenced file numbers) be modifed from "restricted" to
"permit-but-disclose", should a similar request by The Boeing Company for its application File No. SAT-MOD-20020726-00113
be granted. On October 23, 2002, Boeing's request was granted. Concurrently, the ex parte status of Lockheed's pending
applications was modified from "restricted" to "permit-but-disclose" by Grant Stamp on October 23, 2002, by Jennifer Gilsenan,
