The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in

Amendment


INTELSAT LLC has filed an amendment to its pending application for modification of its INTELSAT 603 satellite authorization. In
its Modification application, File No. SAT-MOD-20020418-00063, INTELSAT requested authority to relocate its INTELSAT 603
satellite from 24.5° W.L. to 178° E.L. By this Amendment, INTELSAT seeks authorization to relocate its INTELSAT 603 satellite
from from 24.5° W.L. to 20° W.L. rather than 178° E.L.

Modification


Intelsat LLC has filed an application for modification of its INTELSAT 906 satellite (See File Nos. SAT-LOA-20000119-00024;
SAT-MOD-20020315-00038; Call Sign S2310). INTELSAT requests modification if its authorization to permit deployment of its
INTELSAT 906 satellite at 64.15º E.L. in October/November 2002 rather than at 27.5º W.L. in November 2002.

Special Temporary Authority


INTELSAT LLC requests Special Temporary Authority for 30 days from September 15, 2002 through October 15, 2002 to allow
in-orbit testing of INTELSAT 906 at 58.5 degrees E.L. Intelsat 906 is scheduled to be launched on September 6, 2002.

PLEASE NOTE: COMMENTS on this request may be filed on or before AUGUST 22, 2002. REPLIES may be filed on or before
AUGUST 29, 2002.
