These notifications are filed pursuant to Sections 63.11 and 1.768 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. Sections 63.11 and 1.768. The Commission amended Section 63.11 in IB Docket No. 97-142, Rules and Policies on Foreign Participation in the U.S. Telecommunications Market, 15 FCC Rcd. 18158 (2000). The Commission recently adopted Section 1.768 in IB Docket No. 00-106, Review of Commission Consideration of Applications under the Cable Landing License Act, 16 FCC Rcd. 22167 (2001). FCN-NEW-20020731-00032 E Qwest Services Corporation Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's rules, Qwest Services Corporation hereby notifies the Commission of their foreign carrier affiliation with Qwest Netherlands BV (Netherlands and Switzerland) and Qwest Communications Korea, Ltd. (Korea). Other Companies: Qwest Communications Corp. (DE), Qwest Corp. (CO); Qwest Government Services, Inc. (CO), Qwest Interprise America, Inc. (CO); Qwest Interprise America of Virginia, Inc. (VA); USLD Communications, Inc. Unless otherwised specified, interested parties may file comments with respect to these notifications within 14 days of the date of this public notice (see Section 1.4(b)(4)).
