These notifications are filed pursuant to Sections 63.11 and 1.768 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. Sections 63.11 and 1.768. The Commission amended Section 63.11 in IB Docket No. 97-142, Rules and Policies on Foreign Participation in the U.S. Telecommunications Market, 15 FCC Rcd. 18158 (2000). The Commission recently adopted Section 1.768 in IB Docket No. 00-106, Review of Commission Consideration of Applications under the Cable Landing License Act, 16 FCC Rcd. 22167 (2001). Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's rules, Cable & Wireles USA, Inc. hereby notifies the Commission of their foreign carrier affiliation with Lannet Communications SA. (Greece) FCN-NEW-20020521-00025 E Qwest Services Corporation Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's rules, Qwest Services Corporation and their affiliates hereby notifies the Commission of their affiliation with foreign carriers in the following countries: Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Australia, Tawain, United Kingdom, Canada, Austria, Czech Repulic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden. Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's rules, Williams Communications, LLC hereby notifies the Commission of their foreign affiliaiton with Williams Communication Hong Kong Limited. (Hong Kong) CORRECTIONS FCN-NEW-20020415-00022 Level 3 Landing Station, Inc. Report No. FCN-00064, released on May 23, 2002, (DA 02-1241), listed a foreign carrier notification filed by Level 3 Landing Station, Inc. FCN-NEW-20020415-00022. The correct description should read: Pursuant to Section 1.768 of the Commission's rules, Level 3 Landing Station, Inc. hereby notifies the Commission of their foreign carrier affiliation with Level 3 Communications Limited (UK).
