These notifications are filed pursuant to Section 63.11 and 1.768 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. Sections 63.11 and 1.768. The Commission amended Section 63.11 in IB Docket No. 97-142, Rules and Policies on Foreign Participation in the U.S. Telecommunications Market, 15 FCC Rcd. 18158 (2000). The Commission recently adopted Section 1.768 in IB Docket No. 00-106, Review of Commission Consideration of Applications under the Cable Landing License Act, 16 FCC Rcd. 22167 (2001).
