                                         Satellite Space Applications Accepted for Filing
The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Petitions, oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to
this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

SAT-MOD-20020401-00059               S2149          E-SAT, Inc.
Modification


E-Sat, Inc. has filed an application for modification of the milestone schedule for the five remaining satellites in its non-voice,
non-geostationary mobile satellite service system. Specifically, E-SAT seeks authority to (1) extend the date of launch for the second
E-SAT satellite from September 2002 to September 2004 and (2) extend the date for completion of construction of the remaining four
satellites from March 2004 to March 2006 and the date of launch from March 2004 to March 2006.



SAT-MOD-20020408-00060               S2160          LORAL SPACECOM CORPORATION
Modification


Loral SpaceCom Corporation has filed an application for modification of its authorization for the Telstar 8 satellite. Specifically,
Loral seeks to extend the construction completion date to March 2003 and the launch date to May 2003.



SAT-MOD-20020418-00063               S2399          INTELSAT LLC
Modification
INTELSAT LLC has filed an application for modification of its INTELSAT 603 satellite authorization to relocate the satellite from
24.5° W.L. to 178° E.L. Intelsat plans to start drifting INTELSAT 603 toward 178° E.L. in July 2002 and to have the satellite
on-station at that location in July 2003.

Modification


INTELSAT LLC has filed an application for modification of its INTELSAT 705 satellite authorization to relocate INTELSAT 705
from 53° W.L. to 50° W.L. in April/May 2002.

INTELSAT LLC has filed an application for modification of its INTELSAT 709 satellite authorization to relocate INTELSAT 709 to
55.35° W.L. in May 2002, instead of to 157° E.L. in April 2003.



SAT-STA-20020404-00046                             PanAmSat Licensee Corp.
Special Temporary Authority


PanAmSat Licensee Corp. has filed a request for special temporary authority to either modify its existing STA, which permits
PanAmSat to downlink signals from the Australia beam on PAS-5 for the purpose of monitoring the performance of the satellite from
an earth station located at PanAmSat’s teleport in Napa, California, or to be issued a new STA, for the limited purpose of authorizing
PanAmSat to make commercial use of the signals that are received by the Napa earth station. PanAmSat is not seeking permission to
downlink these signals to any PanAmSat or customer earth station in the United States other than the Napa earth station.
