SAT-AMD-20020315-00039 S2389 INTELSAT LLC
Amendment

Intelsat LLC has filed an amendment to its pending application for modification of its INTELSAT 602 satellite. See File No.
SAT-MOD-20011221-00141. In its modification, Intelsat requested authority to operate INTELSAT 602 at 64.0º E.L. In the
amendment, Intelsat requests the flexibility to operate this satellite within the orbital location at 64.25º E.L. rather than precisely at
64.0º E.L. In addition, Intelsat included revised technical information.

SAT-LOA-20020329-00042 S2439 EchoStar Satellite Corporation
Launch and Operating Authority

EchoStar Satellite Corporation has filed an application to construct, launch and operate a new Direct Broadcast Satellite, EchoStar
VIII, at 110° W.L. EchoStar proposes to colocate the EchoStar VIII satellite with EchoStar V at 110° W.L. The EchoStar VIII
satellite location is equipped with spot beams and would provide limited spectrum reuse and additional localized programming capacity
at that location. Specifically, EchoStar VIII would deliver 40 DBS-equivalent channels using 20 of the 29 channels EchoStar is
authorized to use at the 110° W.L. location.

Concurrently, EchoStar has filed a request for modification to add this satellite to the facilities authorized to operate at 110° W.L. See
File No. SAT-MOD-20020329-00041.

SAT-MOD-20020315-00037 S2409 INTELSAT LLC
Modification

Intelsat LLC has filed an application for modification of its INTELSAT 905 satellite (See File No. SAT-LOA-20000119-00023; Call
Sign S2309). Intelsat requests authority to permit deployment of its INTELSAT 905 satellite at 24.5º W.L. rather than at 27.5º
W.L. in August 2002

SAT-MOD-20020315-00038 S2410 INTELSAT LLC

Sign S2310). Intelsat requests authority to permit deployment of its INTELSAT 906 satellite at 27.5º W.L. rather than at 18.0º
W.L. in November 2002

SAT-MOD-20020329-00041 DBS8802 EchoStar Satellite Corporation
Modification

EchoStar Satellite Corporation has filed an application for modification of its authorization to operate 29 Direct Broadcast Satellite
Channels at 110° W.L. Specifically, EchoStar seeks authority to operate a new EchoStar VIII satellite at that location. (See File No.
SAT-LOA-20020329-00042; Call Sign S2439)
