The Commission recently amended Section 63.11 in IB Docket No. 97-142, Rules and Policies on Foreign Participation in the U.S. Telecommunications Market, 15 FCC Rcd 18158 (2000). FCN-NEW-20020306-00016 Williams Communications, LLC. Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's rules, Williams Communications, LLC hereby notifies the Commission of their foreign carrier affiliation with Canada. FCN-NEW-20020307-00017 Southwestern Bell Communications Services, Inc. Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's rules, Southwestern Bell Communications Services, Inc. and their affiliates hereby notify the Commission of their foreign carrier affiliation with Greece.
