Petition for Declaratory Ruling


On March 21, 2002, Telesat Canada filed a Petition for Declaratory Ruling requesting the Commission to add its Anik F2 Ka-band
satellite to the "Permitted Space Station" list created by the Commission in the DISCO II First Reconsideration Order. [See
Amendment of the Commission's Regulatory Policies to Allow Non-U.S. Licensed Space Stations to Provide Domestic and
International Satellite Service in the United States, Order, IB Docket No. 96-111, FCC 99-325 (released Oct. 29, 1999) (DISCO II
First Reconsideration Order).]

File No. SAT-STA-20010724-00064.
