ORBCOMM LLC & ORBCOMM License Corp (Lead File No. SAT-ASG-20010726-00068):

On February 25, 2002, ORBCOMM License Corp. and ORBCOMM LLC ("Applicants") submitted a supplemental showing to
their Applications for Assignment of Licenses. The supplement informs the Commission of a new 8.16% ownership interest in
ORBCOMM LLC held by the bankruptcy estate of ORBCOMM Global L.P. and a 49.42% ownership interest held by
ORBCOMM Asset Holdings Limited in ORBCOMM Holdings LLC. Applicants state that the ownership changes are minor
amendments to the Applications as these transactions do not result in any changes in the direct or indirect management or
control of ORBCOMM License Corp. and ORBCOMM LLC.
