SAT-MOD-20020107-00013 AMSC-1 Mobile Satellite Ventures Subsidiary LLC Modification Mobile Satellite Ventures Subsidiary LLC has filed an application for modification of its space station license for its L-band MSAT-2 satellite. MSV Sub seeks to relocate certain Tracking, Telemetry and Command (TT&C) functions to Canada, where TT&C functions will be performed by Telesat Canada. SAT-PDR-20020208-00016 Hispasat Petition for Declaratory Ruling On February 2, 2002, Hispasat, S.A. filed a letter requesting the Commission to add its HISPASAT-1B satellite to the "Permitted Space Station" list created by the Commission in the DISCO II First Reconsideration Order.
