The Supplement includes: (1) a letter from Walter Sonnenfeldt, counsel for ORBCOMM License Corporation and ORBCOMM LLC, to Magalie Roman Salas, Secretary, FCC, filed on December 4, 2001, and (2) a letter from Stephen L. Goodman, counsel for Orbital Sciences Corporation filed on December 4, 2001. The Supplement provides information regarding the name change of International Licensees, LLC to ORBCOMM Holdings LLC. In addition, the Supplement details aspects of the transaction and ownership of the proposed licensees, including, among other things, changes in the proportionate ownership interests of ORBCOMM Holdings from that contained in the original application, including the added 10.5% ownership interest of OHB Teledata, AG.
