The Commission recently amended Section 63.11 in IB Docket No. 97-142, Rules and Policies on Foreign Participation in the U.S. Telecommunications Market, 15 FCC Rcd 18158 (2000). FCN-NEW-20011121-00059 Southwestern Bell Communications Services, Inc. Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's rules, Southwestern Bell Communications Services, Inc. hereby notifies the Commission of their foreign carrier affiliation with Belgacom Japan, KK (Japan). FCN-NEW-20011121-00060 BELGACOM, INC. Notification Other Companies: Parent, Belgacom S.A./N.V., is a Belgian corporation. Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's rules, Belgacom, Inc. and their affiliates hereby notify the Commission of their foreign carrier affiliation with Belgacom Japan, KK (Japan). Unless otherwised specified, interested parties may file comments with respect to this notification within 14 days of the date of this public notice (see Section 1.4(b)(4)).
