SAT-STA-20010925-00086 S2430 DIRECTV ENTERPRISES, INC. Special Temporary Authority DIRECTV Enterprises, Inc. has filed a request for Special Temporary Authority to operate its DIRECTV 4S satellite at the 110.55° W.L. orbital location for an eight-week period following the launch of the satellite to conduct in-orbit tests. At the completion of testing, DIRECTV will move the DIRECTV 4S satelilte into its assigned location of 101.2° W.L. ++++++++++++++++++ PLEASE NOTE: Comments on this request may be filed on or before November 16, 2001. The supplement details changes to the ownership structure of the limited and general partners of the proposed licensee Mobile Satellite Ventures Subsidiary LLC (MSV Sub).
