The Commission recently amended Section 63.11 in IB Docket No. 97-142, Rules and Policies on Foreign Participation in the U.S. Telecommunications Market, 15 FCC Rcd 18158 (2000). FCN-NEW-20010814-00043 CINGULAR WIRELESS LLC Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11(b) of the Commission's rules, Cingular Wireless LLC and their affiliates hereby notify the Commission of their foreign affiliation with carriers in Austria, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and the United Kingdom. FCN-NEW-20010814-00044 CELLCO PARTNERSHIP ( d/b/a VERIZON WIRELESS ) Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11(b) of the Commission's rules, Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless hereby notify the Commission of their foreign affiliation with carriers in Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. (Delaware) Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's rules, Eliska Wireless Ventures License Subsidiary I, LLC hereby notify the Commission of their foreign affiliation with carriers in Austria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Netherlands, Philippines, Slovakia, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
