The Commission recently amended Section 63.11 in IB Docket No. 97-142, Rules and Policies on Foreign Participation in the U.S. Telecommunications Market, 15 FCC Rcd 18158 (2000). FCN-NEW-20010703-00033 GLOBALSTAR USA, INC. Notification Other Companies: Vodafone Satellite Services Inc. (DE) Pursuant to Section 63.11(b) of the Commission's rules, Globalstar USA, Inc. and their affiliates hereby notify the Commission of their foreign carrier affiliation with Panafon (Albania), Eircell (Ireland), Japan Telecom (Japan) and Grupo Iusacell (Mexico).
