The Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. SAT-STA-20010608-00049 PANAMSAT LICENSEE CORPORATION Special Temporary Authority PanAmSat Licensee Corp.has filed a request for Special Temporary Authority to relocate its PAS-6 satellite from 68.5° E.L. to 68.44° E.L. PanAmSat seeks authority for a period of 180 days, beginning on June 15, 2001. PanAmSat is preparing to transfer traffic from PAS-6 to PAS-24. The latter spacecraft has been undergoing in-orbit testing at 72° E.L., and will be relocated in the near future to 68.5° E.L., the regularly-assigned orbital location for both PAS-6 and PAS-24.
