                                                        FOREIGN CARRIER AFFILIATION NOTIFICATION
Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's Rules, the U.S. international carrier(s) listed below filed with the Commission a notification of the affiliation it
has or proposes to have with foreign carriers.

The Commission recently amended Section 63.11 in IB Docket No. 97-142, Rules and Policies on Foreign Participation in the U.S. Telecommunications
Market, 15 FCC Rcd 18158 (2000).

 Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's rules, Deutsche Telekom, Inc. and its affiliates hereby notify the Commission of their affiliation with Makedonski Telekommunikacii (Former
 Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia). In a separate filing, DT relinquished its authority to provide service between the United States and Macedonia granted pursuant to File No.
 ITC-214-19991217-00787.
