The Commission recently amended Section 63.11 in IB Docket No. 97-142, Rules and Policies on Foreign Participation in the U.S. Telecommunications Market, 15 FCC Rcd 18158 (2000). FCN-NEW-20010510-00023 WILLIAMS COMMUNICATIONS, LLC Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11(b) of the Commissions rules, Williams Communications, LLC hereby notifies the Commission of its foreign carrier affiliation with Williams Communications K.K. (Japan), and Williams Communications UK Limited (United Kingdom).
