                                          FOREIGN CARRIER AFFILIATION NOTIFICATION
Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's Rules, the U.S. international carrier(s) listed below filed with the
Commission a notification of the affiliation it has or proposes to have with foreign carriers.

The Commission recently amended Section 63.11 in IB Docket No. 97-142, Rules and Policies on Foreign Participation
in the U.S. Telecommunications Market, 15 FCC Rcd 18158 (2000).
