The Commission recently amended Section 63.11 in IB Docket No. 97-142, Rules and Policies on Foreign Participation in the U.S. Telecommunications Market, 15 FCC Rcd 18158 (2000). FCN-NEW-20010406-00017 AT&T Notification Pursuant to Section 63,11(c), AT&T Corp and and Concert Global notify the Commission of its Foreign Carrier Affiliation with Australia, Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Norway, Protugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Tawain. Telemedia is classified as a dominant international carrier on the following affiliated routes: U.S.-Argentina, U.S.-Austria, U.S.-Bolivia, U.S.-Brazil, U.S.-Cuba, and U.S.-Italy.
