Motorola, Inc. and Teledesic, LLC have filed an application for the consent to assignment of the authorization to construct, launch
and operate the Millenium Satellite System, a geostationary fixed satellite system in the Ka-band, from Motorola, Inc. to Teledesic
LLC. The applicants seek exemption from cut-off rules for pending applications to construct, launch and operate geostationary and
non-geostationary fixed satellite systems, the M-Star Satellite system in the 50/40 GHz bands, the Celestri GEO applications and the
Celestri LEO applications in the Ka-band. On March 14, 2001, Teledesic LLC submitted a letter indicating an update to this
application would be submitted upon consummation of the transfer of control granted in File No. SAT-T/C-2000531-00097, as
amended.



SAT-MOD-20010322-00028               S2130          EARTHWATCH, INCORPORATED
Modification
EarthWatch, Incorporated has filed an application for modification of its authorization to operate its QuickBird-2 satellite.
EarthWatch requests authority to modify the altitude of its QuickBird-2 satellite. QuickBird-2 is expected to be launched in the Fall of
2001.

Astrolink International LLC has filed an application for transfer of control of it Ka-band satellite authorizations from Lockheed
Martin Global Telecommunications, Inc. and TRW Inc. to Lockheed Martin Global Telecommunications, Inc.,TRW Inc., LSAT Astro
LLC and Telespazio Luxembourg, S.A.


Please NOTE: Transferor includes both LMGT and TRW Inc. AND Transferee includes LMGT, TRW and Telespazio Luxembourg,
S.A.
