These applications are not subject to the streamlined processing procedures set forth in Section 63.12 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 63.12. These applications shall not be deemed granted until the Commission affirmatively acts upon the application, either by public notice or by written order. Operation for which authorization is sought may not commence except in accordance with any terms or conditions imposed by the Commission. Unless otherwise specified, interested parties may file comments with respect to these applications within 28 days of the date of this public notice. We request that such comments refer to the application file number shown below. ITC-MOD-20010305-00112 AMERICATEL CORPORATION/AT&T CORP ET AL Modification We have received an application (File No. ITC-MOD-20010305-00112) for a modification of Section 214 authorization for PAN AMERICAN Cable System (ITC-97-221) to add Enron Broadband Services, Inc., as a Section 214 authorization holder. SCL-MOD-20010302-00007 ARCOS-1 USA, INC. Modification We have received an application (File No. SCL-MOD-20010302-00007) for a modification of cable landing license held by ARCOS-1 USA for the American Region Caribbean Ring System (The ARCOS-1 System, SCL-LIC-19981222-00032), to (1) add on a pro forma basis Com Tech International Cable Corporation as a cable station owner; (2) add Telecommunicaiones Ultramarinas de Puerto Rico, Inc. (ULTRACOM) as a cable station and original capacity (approximately 0.35%) owner; and (3) notify the Commission of the investers that collectively own less than 13% of all the capacity of the ARCOS-1 System. SCL-MOD-20010305-00008 AMERICATEL CORPORATION/AT&T CORP ET AL Modification We have received an application (File No. SCL-MOD-20010305-00008) for a modification of cable landing license for PAN AMERICAN Cable System (SCL-97-001) to add Enron Broadband Services, Inc., which holds a 0.02% equity stake and proportionate voting rights, as a licensee. REMINDER: Applicants must certify that neither the applicant nor any party to the application is subject to a denial of federal benefits by federal and/or state courts under authority granted in 21 U.S.C. § 862. See 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.2001–.2003.
