Modification 11/04/2019 - 03/01/2026 Grant of Authority Effective Date: 10/23/2019 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On October 23, 2019, the Satellites Division granted, with conditions, SES Americom, Inc.'s request to modify the license for its AMC-11 space station at the 131° W.L. orbital location by extending the license term to March 1, 2026. AMC-11 is authorized to provide fixed satellite service in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SAT-STA-20190826-00083 E S2154 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 10/23/2019 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On October 23, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to Intelsat License LLC, to provide fixed-satellite service via the Galaxy 25 space station at the 32.9° E.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Telemetry, tracking, and command will use the following center frequencies: 4195.5 MHz and 4199.5 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 5926.5 MHz and 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space). Page 1 of 2

SAT-STA-20191008-00110 E S2253 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 10/23/2019 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On October 23, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority, for a period of 30 days, to Intelsat License LLC to continue to operate Galaxy 11's beams over a new coverage area in the 10.95-11.2 GHz, 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.75-14.50 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SAT-STA-20191018-00118 E S2983/S30 Space Exploration Holdings, LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 10/24/2019 On October 24, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to continue to conduct Launch and Early Orbit-Phase (LEOP) operations necessary to (1) perform telemetry, tracking and command operation necessary for orbit-raising; and (2) communicate with seven Ku-band earth stations to test the communications payload on each of 60 satellites that were deployed on May 23, 2019.
