The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20190816-00077 E S2348 DG Consents Sub, Inc. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 10/02/2019 Nature of Service: Earth Exploration Satellite Service On October 2, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to DG Consents Sub, Inc., for a period of 180 days, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command and data downlink of Earth Exploration Satellite Service operations with the WorldView-4 space station (formerly known as GeoEye-2) at an altitude between 425 kilometers and 525 kilometers, instead of its currently authorized altitude of 496 kilometers to 770 kilometers. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 10/02/2019 Nature of Service: Earth Exploration Satellite Service Application listed as granted in IBFS to reflect operations pursuant to Section 1.62 of the Commission's rules. SAT-STA-20190925-00099 E S2382 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 10/03/2019 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On October 3, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, an additional 30 days of special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC to continue to operate Intelsat 10's Ku-band beam over a new coverage area in the communications frequencies of 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.25-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space). INFORMATIVE SAT-STA-20190924-00098 S2983/3018 Space Exploration Holdings, LLC On October 2, 2019, the Satellite Division granted the request of WorldVu Satellites Limited (One Web) to designate the above-captioned proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" for purposes of the Commission's rules governing ex parte communications, effective October 2, 2019. We find that designating this proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" will serve the public interest by facilitating the resolution of broad policy issues raised by the application.
