The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Special Temporary Authority


Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority, for a period of 89 days, to continue to operate a C/Ku-band satellite, the JCSAT-RA
space station, at the 168.9º E.L. orbital location to provide fixed-satellite service in the 3940-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 6225-6485 MHz
(Earth-to-space), 12.2-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat also seeks authority to
continue to conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations necessary to maintain JCSAT-RA at the 168.9° E.L. orbital location using the
center frequencies of 13.9935 GHz and 14.496 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 4199.55 MHz, 12.2485 GHz, 12.7472 GHz, 12.74835 GHz and
12.74975 GHz (space-to-Earth). Intelsat also requests that the prior waivers of section 2.106 regarding operations of JCSAT-RA in the 12.2-12.7
GHz and 12.7-12.75 GHz frequency bands at 169.0° E.L. be extended to operations of JCSAT-RA at 168.9° E.L.

Special Temporary Authority


Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations
necessary to drift the Intelsat 9 space station from the 66.15° E.L. orbital position to the 50.0° W.L. orbital location, using the following
frequencies: 14.0005 GHz, 14.4945 GHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7005 GHz and 11.7020 GHz (space-to-Earth).
