SAT-STA-20190829-00085 E S2422 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Granted in Part / Denied in Part Effective Date: 09/25/2019 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On September 25, 2019, the Satellite Division granted in part, with conditions, and denied in part special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC to operate Galaxy 12's C-band beams over a new coverage area in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band. The Division granted special temporary authority for a period of 30 days and denied the request for authority, without first being put out for public notice, for a period of 60 days. SAT-STA-20190912-00091 E S2408 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Granted in Part / Denied in Part Effective Date: 09/25/2019 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On September 25, 2019, the Satellite Division granted in part, with conditions, and denied in part special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC to operate Intelsat 904's C-band beams over a new coverage area in 3625-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5850-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. The Division granted special temporary authority for a period of 30 days and denied the request for authority, without first being put out for public notice, for a period of 60 days. SAT-STA-20190912-00092 E S2380 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Granted in Part / Denied in Part Effective Date: 09/25/2019 On September 25, 2019, the Satellite Division granted in part, with conditions, and denied in part special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC to conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations necessary to drift Intelsat 9 from 66.15 E.L. to 50.0 W.L. SAT-STA-20190913-00093 E S2405 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/25/2019 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On September 25, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to Intelsat License LLC to continue to operate Intelsat 901 in the 3625-3700 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5850-5925 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands in order to provide additional capacity at the 29.5° W.L. orbital location. SAT-STA-20190917-00095 E S2983/S30 Space Exploration Holdings, LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/25/2019 On September 25, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for an additional period of 30 days for Launch and Early Orbit-Phase (LEOP) operations necessary to (1) perform TT&C necessary for orbit-raising; and (2) communicate with seven Ku-band earth stations to test the communications payload on each of 60 satellites that were deployed on May 23, 2019.
