SAT-STA-20190731-00069 E S2750 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/19/2019 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On September 19, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 180 days, to continue to operate the Intelsat 16 Ku-band beam over a new coverage area in the communications frequencies of 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) in order to conduct a customer test. SAT-STA-20190820-00078 E S3023 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Granted in Part / Denied in Part Effective Date: 09/18/2019 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On September 18, 2019, the Satellite Division granted in part, with conditions, and denied in part, special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to Intelsat License LLC to (1) conduct in-orbit testing of Intelsat 39 at the 61.95º E.L. orbital location; and (2) provide fixed-satellite service via Intelsat 39 at the 61.95º E.L. orbital location. The Division granted special temporary authority for a period of 30 days and denied the request for authority, without first being put out for public notice, for a period of 60 days.
