Date Filed: 08/13/2019 16:27:37:25300 Modification SES Americom, Inc. seeks to modify the license for its AMC-11 space station at the 131° W.L. orbital location by extending the license term to March 1, 2026. SES also requests a waiver of the orbital debris mitigation requirements in Section 25.283(c) of the Commission's rules. AMC-11 is authorized to provide fixed satellite service in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SAT-STA-20190911-00089 E S2462 Skynet Satellite Corporation Date Filed: 09/11/2019 16:36:50:52600 Special Temporary Authority Skynet Satellite Corporation requests special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, to operate the Telstar 12 space station at the 109.2° W.L. orbital location with a ±0.10 degree east-west station-keeping tolerance. Telstar 12 is authorized to provide fixed-satellite service at the 109.2° W.L. orbital location using the 10.95-11.20 GHz, 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), and the 13.75-14.0 GHz, 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. CORRECTIONS SAT-MOD-20190802-00070 S3032 BlackSky Global, LLC This notice corrects a typographical error in the description of the acceptance for filing of the application by BlackSky Global LLC that was published on September 13, 2019 (Report No. SAT-01412). The description should have read, in pertinent part, "BlackSky requests authority to operate in the 2025-2110 MHz frequency band (Earth-to-space)..." instead of "BlackSky requests authority to operate in the 2025-2100 MHz frequency band (Earth-to-space)." Due to the typographical nature of the error, comments on the application will still be due 30 days from the September 13 Public Notice date.
