The Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined they are defective and not in conformance with the Commission's Rules and Regulations and its Policies. 325-RWL-20190808-00005 P Uniradio Corp Renewal Application to renew existing Section 325 (c) permit of Uniradio Corp ("Uniradio") to deliver programming to XHTY-FM (channel 259C1), Tijuana Mexico. The station operates on 30kW daytime and 30kW nighttime. Comments and Petitions to deny this application must reference the file number associated with the 325(c) application and be filed no later than 30 days from the date of this Public Notice. Filings may be submitted electronically via FCC Inbox-73.3545 on the ECFS Non-Docketed Filing page (https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings/nodocket) or filed on paper pursuant to the Guidelines for Paper Filing, available at https://www.fcc.gov/secretary/guidelines-filing-paper-documents and https://www.fcc.gov/general/electronic-and-hard-copy-filing-address#block-menu-block-4. Any envelopes must be disposed of before entering the building.
