SAT-STA-20190710-00058 E S2110 Iridium Constellation LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/04/2019 On September 4, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to Iridium Constellation LLC to conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations with the SV97 satellite, which is an in-orbit spare in Iridium's Big LEO band non-geostationary satellite orbit constellation, in the 19.4-19.6 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 29.1-29.3 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SAT-STA-20190815-00075 E S2983 Space Exploration Holdings, LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/04/2019 On September 4, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for an additional period of 30 days for Launch and Early Orbit-Phase (LEOP) operations necessary to (1) perform TT&C necessary for orbit-raising; and (2) communicate with seven Ku-band earth stations to test the communications payload on each of 60 satellites that were deployed on May 23, 2019. SAT-STA-20190822-00079 E S2253 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/05/2019 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On September 5, 2019, the Satellite Division granted in part, with conditions, and denied in part special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC to operate Galaxy 11's Ku-band beams over a new coverage area in the communications frequencies of 10.95-11.2 GHz, 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.75-14.50 GHz (Earth-to-space). The Division granted special temporary authority for a period of 30 days and denied the request for authority, without first being put out for public notice, for a period of 60 days. Page 1 of 2

The Division granted special temporary authority for a period of 30 days and denied the request for authority, without first being put out for public notice, for a period of 60 days. SAT-STA-20190827-00084 E S2110 Iridium Constellation LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/05/2019 Application listed as granted in IBFS to reflect operations pursuant to Section 1.62 of the Commission's rules. SAT-STA-20190830-00086 E S2462 Skynet Satellite Corporation Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/05/2019 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On September 5, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Skynet Satellite Corporation for special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to operate Telstar 12 at the 109.2° W.L. orbital location with a ±0.10 degree east-west station-keeping tolerance. Telstar 12 is authorized to provide fixed-satellite service at the 109.2° W.L. orbital location using the 10.95-11.20 GHz, 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), and the 13.75-14.0 GHz, 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
