VisionStar Incorporated has filed an application for Transfer of Control of its authorization to launch and operate a Ka-band satellite
at 113 degrees W.L. from Shant Hovnanian to EchoStar VisionStar Corporation.

Waiver
NetSat 28 Company, L.L.C. has filed a Petition for Waiver of the construction commencement milestone contained in NetSat 28's
license for a Ka-band satellite to be located at 95 degrees W.L.

COMMENTS on this petition may be filed on or before JANUARY 16, 2001. REPLIES may be filed on or before JANUARY 23,
2001.




   CORRECTIONS
   SAT-A/O-20000119-00002               S2388          INTELSAT LLC

   On December 22, 2000, the Satellite Policy Branch issued a Public Notice regarding additional information submitted by Intelsat
   LLC in File Nos. SAT-A/O-20000119-00002 through SAT-A/O-20000119-00018; SAT-AMD-20000119-00029 through
   SAT-AMD-20000119-00041; and SAT-LOA-20000119-00019 through SAT-LOA-20000119-00028. The Report Number
   noted on that Public Notice, Report No. SPB-160, was incorrect.

   The correct report number for the December 22, 2000 Public Notice is Report No. SPB-161.

   In addition, the cite for the "ORBIT Act" in the first paragraph should read as follows:

   (Pub. Law 106-180, 114 Stat. 48 (2000)(the "ORBIT Act").

   A corrected copy will be placed on the International Bureau's Notices web page.
