The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-MOD-20190625-00050 E S2641 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Modification Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/13/2019 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On August 13, 2019, the Satellite Division granted the request of DirecTV Enterprises, LLC to modify the license for its T10 space station to specify operations at the 102.75° W.L. orbital location instead of the previously authorized orbital location of 102.85° W.L. in order to provide fixed satellite service at 102.75° W.L. in the 18.3-18.8 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 28.35-28.6 GHz/29.2529.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Telemetry, tracking and command operations use the following center frequencies: 18.30025 GHz and 18.30075 GHz (space-to-Earth): and 29.251 GHz and 29.493 GHz (Earth-to-space). SAT-MOD-20190625-00051 E S2930 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Modification 08/14/2019 - 08/25/2030 Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/14/2019 Nature of Service: Direct to Home Fixed Satellite, Fixed Satellite Service, Other On August 14, 2019, the Satellite Division granted the request of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC to modify the license for its T15 space station to specify operations at the 102.85° W.L. orbital location instead of the previously authorized orbital location of 102.75° W.L. T15 space station will provide 17/24 GHz broadcast satellite service in the 17.3-17.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 24.75-25.15 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and will provide fixed-satellite service in the 18.3-18.59 GHz (space-to-Earth), 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 28.35-28.6 GHz (Earth-to-space), 29.25-29.29 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 29.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Telemetry, tracking and command operations necessary to drift T15 space station to 102.85° W.L., use the following center frequencies: 20.1985 GHz and 20.1995 GHz (space-to-Earth); 29.5025 GHz and 29.5059 GHz (Earth-to-space). T9S space station will provide direct broadcast satellite service in the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and fixed-satellite services in the 18.3-18.8 GHz and 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 28.35-28.6 GHz, 29.25-29.5 GHz, and 29.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Telemetry, tracking and command operations use the following center frequencies: 12695.5 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 17795.0 MHz (Earth-to-space). SAT-STA-20190627-00053 E S2811 EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/14/2019 On August 14, 2019, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, for EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation to continue operating the EchoStar 15 satellite to provide Direct Broadcast Satellite Service over channels 1 and 2. EchoStar 15 is located at 61.65° W.L., and will use the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
