The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-MOD-20190725-00067 E S3032 BlackSky Global, LLC Modification Withdrawn Effective Date: 08/02/2019 Nature of Service: Earth Exploration Satellite Service SAT-STA-20190723-00065 E S3039 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/08/2019 On August 8, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC, for a period of 30 days, to conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations necessary to drift its T16 satellite to the 100.85° W.L. orbital location. Telemetry, tracking, and command will use the following center frequencies: 12697 MHz and 12698 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 17789 MHz and 17791 MHz (Earth-to-space). SAT-STA-20190724-00066 E S2382 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/08/2019 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On August 8, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, an extension of special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to Intelsat License LLC to continue to operate the Intelsat-10 Ku-band beam over a new coverage area in the communications frequencies of 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.25-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) in order to provide customer service. SAT-STA-20190726-00068 E S2154 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/08/2019 On August 8, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 60 days to Intelsat License LLC to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations necessary to drift the Galaxy 25 space station from the 93.10° W.L. orbital location to the 32.9° E.L. orbital location.
