On July 25, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to Iridium Constellation
LLC to conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations with the SV97 satellite, which is an in-orbit spare in Iridium's Big LEO band
non-geostationary satellite orbit constellation, in the 19.4-19.6 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 29.1-29.3 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

Nature of Service:       Earth Exploration Satellite Service


On July 25, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to DG Consents Sub, Inc., for a period of 30 days,
to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking and command and data downlink of Earth Exploration Satellite Service operations with the
WorldView-4 space station (formerly known as GeoEye-2) at an altitude between 450 kilometers and 550 kilometers.

On July 25, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for an additional period of 30 days for Launch and
Early Orbit-Phase (LEOP) operations necessary to (1) perform TT&C necessary for orbit-raising; and (2) communicate with seven Ku-band earth
stations to test the communications payload on each of 60 satellites that were deployed on May 23, 2019.

On July 25, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 60 days to Intelsat License LLC to
continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 904 space station from the 45.1 E.L. orbital
location to the 29.5° W.L. orbital location.

The Satellite Division has designated the above-captioned proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" for purposes of the Commission's rules
governing ex parte communications, effective July 25, 2019. We find that designating this proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" will serve
the public interest by facilitating the resolution of broad policy issues raised by the application. See 47 CFR §§ 1.1200(a), 1.1206 and
1.1208 note 2.
