The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-MOD-20190508-00036 E S3039 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Modification Grant of Authority Effective Date: 07/18/2019 Nature of Service: Direct Broadcast Satellite Service, Fixed Satellite Service, Other On July 18, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC, for modification of its operating authority for the T16 space station. DIRECTV was authorized to: (1) operate T16 at the 100.85° W.L orbital location and (2) to provide Direct Broadcast Satellite service using the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. T16 was also previously authorized to provide fixed-satellite service in the 18.3-18.59 GHz and 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 24.75-25.15, 28.35-28.6 GHz, 29.25-29.29 GHz, and 29.5-30 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Telemetry, tracking, and command will use the 12698.0 MHz and 12697.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 17791.0 MHz and 17789.0 MHz (Earth-to-space) center frequencies. SAT-STA-20190703-00055 E S2669 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 07/17/2019 Nature of Service: Direct Broadcast Satellite Service, Fixed Satellite Service On July 17, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority, for a period of 60 days, to DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC, to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift DIRECTV T9S from the 101.1° W.L. orbital location to the 101.2° W.L. orbital location and to provide direct broadcast satellite service and fixed-satellite service at 101.2° W.L. in the following frequency bands: 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space), 18.8-18.8 GHz (space-to-Earth), 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 28.35-28.6 GHz (Earth-to-space), 29.25-29.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 29.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space). Telemetry, tracking, and command will operate using center frequencies of 12.6955 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.7950 GHz (Earth-to-space). Page 1 of 2

SAT-STA-20190703-00056 E S2641 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 07/17/2019 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On July 17, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC, to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain DIRECTV T10 at the 102.75° W.L. orbital location and to provide fixed-satellite service at 102.75° W.L. in the 18.3-18.8 GHz (space-to-Earth), 28.35-28.6 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 29.25-29.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Telemetry, tracking, and command operations will use center frequencies of 18300.25 MHz and 18300.75 MHz (space-to-Earth), 29251.0 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 29493.0 MHz (Earth-to-space). SAT-STA-20190711-00060 E S2405 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 07/18/2019 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On July 18, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to Intelsat License LLC to continue to operate Intelsat 901 in the 3625-3700 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5850-5925 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands in order to provide additional capacity at the 29.5° W.L. orbital location.
