FCN-NEW-20001101-00063 TELE DANMARK USA, INC. Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's Rules applicant notifies the Commission of its foreign carrier affiliation with Belgacom France (France), Belgacom U.K. Limited (United Kingdom), Belgacom Deutschland GmbH (Germany), and Belgacom Nederland B.V.
