Special Temporary Authority


Columbia Communications Corporation has filed an application for special temporary authority to activate in-orbit Ku-band capacity
on the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Tracking and Data Relay Satellite System (TDRSS) spacecraft at 47
degrees W.L. Columbia proposes to test the Ku-band capacity of this satellite and to commence Ku-band service.
