Nature of Service: Earth Exploration Satellite Service

On June 13, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of DG Consents Sub, Inc. to modify its license for an Earth
Exploration Satellite Service system under Call Sign S2129 to authorize it to construct, deploy, and operate twelve additional non-geostationary
satellite orbit remote-sensing space stations. The six space stations in each Block will operate over an altitude range of 450 to 870 kilometers
immediately following deployment and subsequently at nominal altitudes of 763 kilometers for two sun-synchronous space stations inclined at
98.48 degrees and 518 kilometers for four space stations inclined at 45 degrees. The space stations will operate using the 8025-8400 MHz
(space-to-Earth) and 2025-2110 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

in the 28.6-29.1 GHz and 50.4-51.4 GHz frequency bands (Earth-to-space) for fixed-satellite service feeder uplinks and the 18.8-19.3 GHz
frequency band (space-to-Earth) for downlinks to user terminals in the United States. EchoStar XXIV will conduct telemetry, tracking, and
command using the following center frequencies: 20.197 GHz (space-to-Earth), 20.199 GHz (space-to-Earth), 29.993 GHz (Earth-to-space), and
29.995 GHz (Earth-to-space).
