On May 29, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 60 days to Intelsat License LLC to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Galaxy 25 space station from the 93.10° W.L. orbital location to the
32.9° E.L. orbital location

On May 29, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC, for special temporary authority for
30 days to conduct in-orbit testing of the T16 satellite at the 134.75° W.L. orbital location and to then drift the satellite to its permanent location
at 100.85° W.L. The frequencies to be tested are: 12.2-12.7 GHz, 17.3-17.8 GHz, 18.3-18.59 GHz, and 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth); and
17.3-17.8 GHz, 24.75-25.15 GHz, 28.35-28.6 GHz, 29.25-29.29 GHz, and 29.5-30 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. The telemetry,
tracking, and command frequencies to be tested are: 12697 MHz and 12698 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 17789 MHz and 17791 MHz
(Earth-to-space).

On May 29, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 60 days to Intelsat License LLC to
continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 904 space station from the 45.1 E.L. orbital
location to the 29.5° W.L. orbital location.

Nature of Service:       Fixed Satellite Service


On May 29, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, an extension of special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to Intelsat
License LLC to operate the Intelsat-10 Ku-band beam over a new coverage area in the communications frequencies of 12.5-12.75 GHz
(space-to-Earth) and 14.25-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) in order to provide customer service.
