FCN-NEW-20000907-00055 GENESIS COMMUNICATIONS INTERNATIONAL, INC. Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's Rules applicant notifies the Commission of its foreign carrier affliations with Mexico. FCN-NEW-20001002-00057 GLOBALSTAR USA, INC Notification Other Companies: Vodafone Satellite Services Inc. (DE) Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's Rules applicant notifies the Commission of its foreign carrier affliations with Tanazania.
