The Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined they are defective and not in conformance with the Commission's Rules and Regulations and its Policies. 325-RWL-20190320-00004 P Uniradio Corp Renewal Application to renew existing Section 325 (c) permit of Uniradio Corp ("Uniradio") to deliver programming to XEMO-AM, Tijuana, Mexico. The station operates on 860kHz with an authorized power of 10 kW daytime and 7.5 kW night-time Comments and Petitions to deny this application must reference the file number associated with the 325(c) application and be filed no later than 30 days from the date of this Public Notice. Any envelopes must be disposed of before entering the building.
