SAT-MOD-20190422-00031 E S2408 Intelsat License LLC
Date Filed: 04/22/2019 18:33:10:38300
Modification

Intelsat License LLC seeks to modify the authorization for its Intelsat 904 space station to specify operations at the 29.5° W.L. orbital location,
instead of Intelsat 904's currently authorized location of 45.1° E.L. Intelsat requests authority to provide fixed-satellite service via Intelsat 904 at
29.5° W.L. in inclined-orbit mode in the 3625-3700 MHz, 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5850-5925 MHz, 5925-6425 MHz
(Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
Additionally, Intelsat requests authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations using the following center frequencies: 3947.5
MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.0 MHz, and 3952.5 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat also requests
that the license term for Intelsat 904 be extended from December 31, 2019 through December 31, 2024. Intelsat requests that the waiver of
Section 25.202(g), previously granted to Intelsat 904 at the 45.1° E.L. orbital location continue to apply to its operations at the 29.5° W.L. orbital
location. Intelsat also requests a waiver of Section 2.106, Footnote NG52.

SAT-MOD-20190429-00032 E S2414 Intelsat License LLC

Intelsat License LLC seeks to modify the authorization for the Intelsat 10-02 space station to extend the license term through December 2026.
Intelsat 10-02 currently operates at 1.0 W.L. in the 3625-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5850-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.50-12.75 (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.50 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

SAT-PDR-20190321-00018 E S3045 Spire Global, Inc.
Date Filed: 03/21/2019 14:23:17:84300
Petition for Declaratory Ruling

Spire Global, Inc. requests market access for its Luxembourg-licensed MINAS low-earth orbit, non-geostationary orbit satellites, which (1) are
technically identical to the LEMUR-2 satellites previously licensed by the United States of America, and (2) will be a part of the Lemur-2
constellation. Specifically, Spire requests authority to deploy up to 636 MINAS satellites, operating at orbital altitudes from 385 to 650 km and
inclinations ranging from equatorial to polar sun-synchronous (98 degrees), and not exceeding 175 satellites on-orbit simultaneously operational
satellites. Spire requests authority to operate in the 8025-8400 MHz frequency band (space-to-Earth) and the 2025-2110 MHz frequency band
(Earth-to-space), including for telemetry, tracking, and control (TT&C). Spire also seeks authority to operate in the 2020-2025 MHz frequency
band (space-to-Earth), and the 2200-2290 MHz frequency band (space-to-Earth) for data downlink, and the 401-402 MHz frequency band
(space-to-Earth) for TT&C downlink. Further, Spire requests authority to operate in the 449.75-450.25 MHz frequency band (Earth-to-space),
the 402-403 MHz frequency band (Earth-to-space), and the 399.9-400.05 MHz frequency band (Earth-to-space) for redundancy and emergency
backup purposes. In addition, Spire proposes to receive AIS and ASM signals. Spire requests that this application be processed pursuant to the
first-come, first-served procedure adopted for "GSO-like satellite systems" under Section 25.158 of the Commission's rules and requests waivers
of Sections 25.156 and 25.157 of the Commission's rules. Spire requests a waiver of the default service rules under Section 25.217(b) of the
Commission's rules. Spire also request a waiver of the U.S. Table of Frequency Allocations, Section 2.106, to use the 402-403 MHz frequency
band (Earth-to-space) and the 2020-2025 MHz frequency band (Earth-to-space) on a non-conforming, non-harmful interference basis. Spire also
requests a limited waiver of Section 25.114(c) of the Commission's rules, which requires certain information to be filed in the Schedule S.
