Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's Rules applicant notifies the Commission of its foreign carrier affliations with Mexico. FCN-NEW-20000913-00056 SOUTHWESTERN BELL COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES, INC. Notification Southwestern Bell Communications Services, Inc. (SBCS), and named subsidiaries and affiliates of SBCS [hereinafter "the SBC companies"], notify the Commission of changes in affiliations with foreign carriers in Hungary, Norway, France, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic. The SBCS filing also includes a request to reclassify the SBCS companies as nondominant international carriers on the U.S.-Hungary route. Ameritech Corporation, an affiliate of the SBCS companies, recently divested its interest in MATAV Rt., the incumbent telecommunications carrier in Hungary. This request for reclassification is assigned File No. ISP-PD-20000913-00029 and will be the subject of a separate pubic notice and pleading cycle. Page 1 of 2
