The Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. SAT-STA-20190416-00028 E S2930 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Date Filed: 04/16/2019 18:12:04:10000 Special Temporary Authority DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC requests special temporary authority for an additional 180 days to provide direct broadcast satellite service and conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations with DIRECTV T15 at the 100.85° W.L. orbital location. The DIRECTV T15 space station will continue to provide DBS service in the 12.2-12.7 GHz and 17.3-17.8 GHz bands and will continue to use the frequencies 20198.5 MHz and 20199.5 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 29502.5 MHz and 29505.9 MHz (space-to-Earth) for telemetry, tracking, and command.
