The Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined they are defective and not in conformance with the Commission's Rules and Regulations and its Policies. 325-NEW-20190301-00003 P Broadcast Company of the Americas, LLC New Application Application for 325 (c) permit by Broadcast Company of the Americas, LLC ("BCA") to deliver programming to XEPRS-AM, Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico, frequency 1090 KhZ. Comments and Petitions to deny this application must reference the file number associated with the 325(c) application and be filed no later than 30 days from the date of this Public Notice. Filings may be submitted electronically via FCC Inbox-73.3545 on the ECFS Non-Docketed Filing page (https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings/nodocket) or filed on paper pursuant to the Guidelines for Paper Filing, available at https://www.fcc.gov/secretary/guidelines-filing-paper-documents and https://www.fcc.gov/general/electronic-and-hard-copy-filing-address#block-menu-block-4. Paper filings may be sent by hand or messenger delivery, by commercial overnight courier, or by first-class or overnight U.S. Postal Service mail. The filing hours for hand deliveries are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. All hand deliveries must be held together with rubber bands or fasteners. Any envelopes must be disposed of before entering the building.
