Section 1.767(a) Cable Landing Licenses, Modifications, and Assignments or Transfers of Control of Interests in
                                Cable Landing Licenses (47 C.F.R. § 1.767(a))

Pursuant to An Act Relating to the Landing and Operation of Submarine Cables in the United States, 47 U.S.C. §§
34-39 (Cable Landing License Act), Executive Order No. 10530, Exec. Ord. No. 10530 reprinted as amended in 3
U.S.C. § 301, and section 1.767 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.767, the following applications ARE
GRANTED. These grants of authority are taken under section 0.261 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. § 0.261.
Petitions for reconsideration under section 1.106 or applications for review under section 1.115 of the Commission's
rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.106, 1.115, may be filed within 30 days of the date of this public notice.

These applications have been coordinated with the Department of State and other Executive Branch agencies pursuant
to section 1.767(b) of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. §1.767(b), and consistent with procedures established with the
Department of State. See Review of Commission Consideration of Applications under the Cable Landing License Act,

This public notice serves as each cable landing licensee's Cable Landing License, or modification thereto, pursuant to
the Cable Landing License Act and sections 1.767 and 1.768 of the Commission's rules. Cable landing licensees should
review carefully the terms and conditions of their licenses. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions or
relevant Commission rules and policies could result in fines or forfeitures.

Notification filed January 28, 2019, of the pro forma assignment of the interests held by MFS CableCo U.S., Inc. (MFS CableCo) in the CB-1
Cable System, SCL-LIC-20080603-00011, and the Gemini Bermuda System, SCL-LIC-20070925-00017, to MFS Globenet, Inc. (MFS
Globenet), effective December 31, 2018. The CB-1 Cable system connects the Rhode Island and Bermuda. The Gemini Bermuda System
connects the New Jersey and Bermuda.

In an intracorporate restructuring, MFS CableCo was merged into MFS Globenet, its immediate parent company, with MFS Globenet being the
surviving entity. As a result of the merger, MFS Globenet now owns the cable landing station in Charlestown, Rhode Island and the portion of
the CB-1 Cable System in U.S. territorial waters, and the cable landing station in Sea Grit, New Jersey and the portion of the Gemini Bermuda
system in U.S. territorial waters. MFS CableCo was, and MFS Globenet remains, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Verizon
Communications Inc., a publicly-traded Delaware corporation.

Notification filed January 28, 2019, of the pro forma assignment of the interest in the America Movil Submarine Cable System (AMX1 System),
SCL-LIC-20120330-00002, held by Claro Chile, S.A. (Claro Chile) to Puerto Rico Telephone Company, Inc. (PRTC), effective December 13,
2018. The AMX1 System links the continental United States, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, and Mexico.

Claro Chile, PRTC, and Latam Telecommunications, LLC (Latam) are the licensees for the AMX1 System. All three licensees are owned and
controlled by America Movil, S.A.B. de C.V.

On December 13, 2018, Claro Chile, a Chile company, and PRTC, a Puerto Rico company, completed a transaction whereby Claro Chile assigned
its 100% ownership interest of the cable in international waters to PRTC. Following the assignment, PRTC's cumulative interest in the AMX1
System will increase to 83.40% (from 2.36%) and PRTC will continue to own and operate the cable landing station in San Juan, Puerto Rico and
hold a 100% ownership interest of the cable in Puerto Rico and Puerto Rico waters.

Notification filed February 19, 2019, of the pro forma assignment of the cable landing license for the Hibernia Atlantic cable system (Hibernia
Atlantic cable), SCL-LIC-19990804-00012, SCL-MOD-20020412-00022, from Hibernia Atlantic U.S. LLC (Hibernia Atlantic) to GTT
Americas, LLC (GTT Americas), effective January 22, 2019. The Hibernia Atlantic cable connects the United States, Canada, the United
Kingdom and Ireland.

In an intracorporate reorganization, GTT Americas merged with its commonly-owned affiliate, Hibernia Atlantic, with GTT Americas being the
surviving entity. As a result of the merger, GTT Americas, a Delaware company, now holds the cable landing license for the Hibernia Atlantic
Cable. Hibernia Atlantic was, and GTT Americas remains, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GTT Communications, Inc., a publicly-traded Delaware
corporation.

Notification filed March 8, 2019, of the pro forma assignment of the cable landing license for the Paniolo Cable System,
SCL-LIC-20070223-00003, from Paniolo Cable Company, LLC to Paniolo Cable Company, LLC, as debtor under control of the Chapter 11
Trustee (Debtor), effective February 11, 2019. The Paniolo Cable system connects the Hawaiian Islands of Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Maui, and
Hawaii.

On November 13, 2018, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Sunrise Partners Limited Partnership, and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas
(Petitioning Creditors) jointly filed an involuntary petition for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code with the
United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Hawaii. On November 29, 2018, the Petitioning Creditors filed a motion with the bankruptcy
court seeking the appointment of a Chapter 11 trustee. As a result of the bankruptcy filing, the bankruptcy court issued an order for relief against
the Debtor on January 30, 2019, and on February 11, 2019 the court entered an Order appointing the Chapter 11 Trustee.
