not in conformance with the Commission's Rules and Regulations and its Policies.

Application to renew existing Section 325 (c) permit of Entravision Communications Corporation to deliver programming to XHDTV-TV,
Tecate-Cerro Bola, Baja California, Mexico (Channel 21), with an authorized power of 300kw, for rebroadcast into the United States.

The above application appeared on Report No. 325-00220, dated February 28, 2019, with the incorrect applicant in the header. On the
public notice it was listed as Entravision Holdings, LLC. The correct applicant (as referenced in the header of this public notice) is
Entravision Communications Corporation. The public notice remains effective February 28, 2019.

Comments and Petitions to deny this application must reference the file number associated with the 325(c) application
and be filed no later than 30 days from the date of this Public Notice. Filings may be submitted electronically via FCC
