SAT-AMD-20190207-00008 E S2990 Space Logistics, LLC
Date Filed: 02/07/2019 15:52:45:54300
Amendment

Space Logistics, LLC amends its request for authority to operate the MEV-1 space station, a mission extension vehicle. Specifically, Space
Logistics specifies the 27.5°W.L. orbital location as the operating location of the combined vehicle stack (CVS) with the Intelsat 901 (IS-901)
space station. Space Logistics also requests authority to relocate the CVS to 150 km above the geostationary orbit arc and undock the MEV-1
from IS-901 at that altitude at the end of the contractual mission. Space Logistics requests authority to operate using the following center
frequencies: 3944.5 MHz and 3955.5 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 6170.0 MHz and 6180.0 MHz (Earth-to-space). Space Logistics request waiver
of Section 25.165(a) of the Commission's rules.

Launch and Operating Authority

Swarm Technologies, Inc. requests authority to deploy and operate a constellation of 150 non-voice, non-geostationary satellites in low earth
orbit to provide mobile-satellite service. Swarm proposes to use frequencies in the 137-138 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 148-149.95 MHz
(Earth-to-space) bands and operate at altitudes ranging from 300 to 550 kilometers. Swarm requests a waiver of Section 25.157(c) of the
Commission's rules.

SAT-MOD-20181231-00095 E S2253 Intelsat License LLC
Date Filed: 12/31/2018 15:46:04:85600
Modification

Intelsat License LLC seeks to modify the authorization for its Galaxy 11 space station to specify operations at the 93.1° W.L. orbital location,
instead of Galaxy 11's currently authorized location of 44.9° E.L. Intelsat requests authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Galaxy 11 at
93.1° W.L. in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat also requests authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and
command operations using the following center frequencies: 11.701 GHz and 11.702 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 14.0005 GHz and 14.4985 GHz
(Earth-to-space). Intelsat also seeks an extension of its license term through December 2022. Further, Intelsat requests that the waivers of
Sections 25.114(d)(14)(ii) and 25.283(c) previously granted to Galaxy 11 continue to apply to its operations at the 93.1° W.L. orbital location.
In addition, Intelsat requests a waiver of Section 2.106, Footnote NG52.

Modification

Intelsat License LLC requests modification of its authorization for the Intelsat 901 space station. Specifically, Intelsat seeks authority to (1) raise
Intelsat 901's orbit to 300 km above the geostationary arc; (2) dock with the MEV-1 space station (S2990); (3) redeploy Intelsat 901 as a
combined vehicle stack (CVS) with MEV-1 at the 27.5° W.L. orbital location instead of its currently authorized orbital location of 29.5° W.L.;
and (4) provide fixed-satellite service via Intelsat 901 at 27.5°W.L. using the 3625-3700 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5850-5925 MHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands, in addition to its existing licensed C- and Ku-band frequencies. Intelsat additionally requests authority to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions for Intelsat 901 using the center frequencies of 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.0 MHz,
and 3952.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space) to facilitate orbit raising, as well as to maintain Intelsat
901 at the 27.5° W.L. orbital location.
