SAT-STA-19981210-00097 LORAL SPACECOM CORPORATION Special Temporary Authority Loral SpaceCom Corporation has filed a Request for Special Temporary Authority to use capacity on the Morelos II satellite for temporary domestic service to continue to provide service to customers in Alaska which currently use the TELSTAR 303 satellite at 120 degrees W.L., which is expected to reach its end-of-life on or about January 31, 1999. Comments may be filed on or before January 4, 1999. Replies may be filed on or before January 11, 1999.
